Shipping Information:
Orders usually ship from our studio within 4 - 7 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed before 5 p.m. EST will be processed the same day. Your special package will arrive according to the shipping method you've selected. If you are in the Austin, TX area and would like to arrange for a pick-up, please make a note of that in your order and we will organize the details of the pick-up with you upon receiving your order.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
{LD} Design offers store credit for returns within 10 days of receipt of item(s). If a product arrives damaged, please photograph the damage before moving the item and email the picture and description of the situation as soon as possible to hello@designLD.com with "damaged" in the subject line. Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost. Patrons have 10 days to send a "damaged" email upon receipt of item to be eligible for replacement.
